Message for Someone

How do you expect to be in alignment if you’re  not grounded?

Examples to ground yourself: Take a hike, meditate, soak up the sun, put your feet in the sand at the beach, practice yoga, go to a concert, sing along to your favorite song, dance like nobody is watching, sit under a tree.

Surrender to the moment. Get in touch with your five senses. Get out of your mind.
